  1. In the Assign dialog box, choose to create your HTML document either from stories that exist in your PageMaker publication or from a range of pages in the publication.

If you chose the Stories option in the New dialog box, you will see all of the stories that exist in this publication in the Unassigned list box on the left. Click Add to move the stories to the right-hand list box, thereby assigning them to your document. If you select multiple stories, they will be combined into one HTML document in the order that they occur in your publication.

If you select the PageMaker Pages option in the New dialog box, you will see a list of pages in the left- hand list box. Click Add to move the stories to the Assigned list box on the right. Click Remove'to delete them from the Assigned list box. As with stories, the assigned pages will be exported sequentially.
